Starry Night Swim

A Starry Night Swim with the fantastic Dartmoor Skies!

Come and enjoy our last magical night-time swim of the season in our heated pool and marvel at the Dartmoor sky.

Swimming starts at sunset, which is at 20:15 on Friday 25 August 2023.  Enjoy a relaxing swim in our lovely warm pool with water heated to 26 degrees. The pool area will be gently lit by twinkling fairy lights and underwater lights - creating a magical and calming event.  Grab a free hot drink after the swim and maybe indulge in a slice of delicious cake.

Then it’s time to learn more about the beautiful Dartmoor sky with a guided tour of the universe by Dartmoor Skies.  Nerd-in-residence Rob makes stargazing accessible and will tell you all about the most interesting things in the sky that night and provide high-quality telescopes for you to get a really good view of the planets, stars and constellations.  Visit  https://dartmoorskies.org/ to find out more of what they get up to.

Swimming is from 20:15 – 21:15 followed by hot drinks and star gazing in the park until 22:30.

Tickets are £15 and other tickets, passes and vouchers are not valid for this event.
